First discovered by David Woodman in 1995 these lids and one six pound tin are
found near a campsite a few miles north of Cape Maria Louisa and can only be

constructed by someone who had recently travelled the western shore of

Hobson in 1859. Relocated in 2004, verified in 2005.

Located in 2005, this 50 caliber black powder cartridge made by Remington and
Son’s was donated to the Schwatka Expedition (1878). It was found in a campsite
a few miles south of Cape Maria Louisa.
